According to Gamerant.com, the Wii was the ultimate Nintendo console, “...Nintendo has been known for innovation and boldly going where few video game companies have gone before” The motion controls are to thank for that. Since they are light and semi-durable, they are easy to handle,(Those who accidentally “threw” the remote at the tv or elsewhere, know what I am talking about).
“...It even got some people with no interest in gaming to pick up a controller for the first time”, Another awe-factor to some people is the fact that there are many family-friendly options. Games range from Dora the Explorer, Zhu Zhu Pets and Uno all the way to Mario, and the most notably known, Wii Sports and my personal favorite, Skylanders. (Did you know that Wii Sports sold over 82.9 million copies?) In my opinion I believe the Wii is better than any other gaming console , it is the motion-sense-remotes that scream fun to me. You swing the remote in real life and end up swinging a sports “utensil” or throw a fake, digital bowling ball.
