SuperBowl Halftime Show

The SuperBowl halftime Show will feature Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Dr.Dre, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Blige produced by Jay-Z are in Los Angeles, home of The Los Angeles Rams. Speaking of the Los Angeles Rams, they will host the SuperBowl at home against the Cincinnati Bengals, but today we are going to talk about the halftime show. The halftime show will be thirteen minutes long. The hype around the halftime show has been massive. All these artists have huge fan bases, especially in California. Just when the world thought we couldn’t be more excited, the NFL released a trailer for the halftime show showing all artists and how excited they are as well.

The SuperBowl is the largest football game of the year with two of the best teams from AFC and NFC going for the big reward, a ring “The opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime show, and to do it in my own backyard, will be one of the biggest thrills of my career,” said Dr. Dre who grew up in Compton. "The Weekend" performed last year which was a big moment for him as well but this year Dre said it would be a big cultural moment. Dre has produced for Snoop, Eminem, Kendrick, and Mary J which is why Dre is so happy to do the halftime show. Snoop has said that it is some sort of celebration of Dre and his legacy. Eminem has expressed excitement for the halftime show and so has Mary J, but Kendrick has been pretty quiet about it which must be him getting prepared.

The NFL has picked the West Coast Legends to represent the SuperBowl being held in California from the Godfather to The Doc and King Kendrick, The Queen Of Hip-Hop Soul, and Slim

-Shady. Dr.Dre said “Everybody’s (going to) leave here happy and excited about what we’re (going to) do here.” This year's SuperBowl has a combined 43 Grammys. “Jay-Z is one of the main reasons we’re here” said Dre. The NFL is really going above and beyond with the Halftime show lineup this year. Let's hope it lives up to the hype.
