Why are you still eating sugar?
Nowadays sugar is one of the most important ingredients in every food, even the foods that you did not realize has sugar in it, such as salad (dressing), pasta sauces, and beverages but it has an amount of sugar in it. This makes people take in more sugar constantly. So, this is why people receive sugar beyond the average point.
Sugar causes a lot of problems for our bodies. It causes diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer, and the most common disease that people suffer from is obesity. When you eat sugar, it absorbs quickly into the bloodstream, which will raise your blood sugar level then insulin will be released. If you get too much sugar, your body will store it in the fat term and fat can cover the organ that causes all the diseases that were mentioned above. For everybody who wants to look younger, I suggest reducing sugar because sugar causes cross-linking of collagen, and loss of elasticity of our skin. On the other hand, sugar is also one of the nutrients that our bodies need, it is the fuel for the brain, which is the most important organ of the body. The brain uses sugar in terms of glucose to function thinking, memory etc. If the body does not get enough sugar, the body will show symptoms such as shaking, anxiety, and sweating.
To sum up, you can eat sugar, but you should limit yourself and do not cut the sugar out of your diet, try to reduce it instead for being healthy.
